Jim King

President and Chief Investment Officer

Jim King was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, and later raised his own family there.  A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Jim pursued a career in the investment industry with several brokerage firms.  In 1989 he was hired by Meridian Asset Management where he led the Philadelphia investment team, then in 1994 joined National Penn Bank where he helped establish Investors Trust Company, a limited purpose bank offering trust services, and later Institutional Advisors LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser.  Jim served as president and chief investment officer of both firms and together with the team achieved growth to $3.4 billion in client assets.  After National Penn was acquired by BB&T in 2016 Jim continued to serve as the firm’s chief investment officer.  He left BB&T following the bank’s merger with SunTrust and is excited to  apply his experience to now offer clients a unique investment relationship at Lindenwold Advisors, INC.

Jim currently serves as treasurer and chairman of the finance committee of the board of trustees of Highfield Hall & Gardens in Falmouth, MA and is a member of the board of governors of The Bond Club of Philadelphia. Previously, Jim served as treasurer and chairman of the Montgomery County Community College Foundation and member of the finance, investment and audit committee of Phoebe Ministries. In the past he has also served as a board member of the Reading Downtown Improvement District as well as board member and treasurer of the InterFaith Housing Alliance. In addition, he is an affiliate member of the CFA Society and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia.

Managing Director of Client Service and Development

A native of Berks County, PA, Lee Pace spent his childhood in Reading and returned to the area after college. He attended Temple University in Philadelphia where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and enjoyed rowing and soccer club sports.  Following graduation, Lee joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 as a securities salesman and enjoyed a successful seven years there followed by an additional seven years at First Union / Wachovia Securities.  Lee’s focus on fee-based asset management began in 2006 when he joined National Penn’s registered investment adviser, Institutional Advisors LLC.  There and subsequently at BB&T / now Truist, Lee represented the firm in institutional and high net worth client sales opportunities.  Most recently Lee was the SVP for the firm’s Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice, responsible for new business development for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio and West Virginia markets.

Community activities have always been of great importance to Lee and he is an alumnus of the Leadership Berks program, was a founding member and former board member of the Antietam Valley Community Partnership, and has served as a board member of Humane Pennsylvania. He is an authorized investment adviser representative having passed the series 65 Finra exam.  Lee and his family reside in Exeter Township, PA, and he is excited to lead Lindenwold Advisors’ client service and development activities.


Terry Morris

Managing Director of Equity Investments

A native of Chester County, Pennsylvania, Terry Morris attended The Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  Following graduation he began his investment career working with clients at brokerage firms and a bank in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.  Terry transitioned fully to discretionary investment management when he accepted a position with Meridian Asset Management in 1986 and subsequently led the Berks and Lehigh county region’s portfolio management teams. Following Meridian’s merger with CoreStates Bank he became the Chief Investment Officer of the personal trust and investment management division.

In 1996 Terry joined the National Penn Bank subsidiary Investors Trust Company in Wyomissing, PA as Senior Equity Manager.  There he designed, implemented and led the management of the firm’s proprietary equity investment strategies, most notably LargeCap Equity and MidCap Equity, each of which earned national recognition during his tenure.  After National Penn was acquired by BB&T in 2016 he continued with equity management responsibilities as Director of Equity Management for the bank’s Retirement and Institutional Services division. Upon the merger of equals between BB&T and SunTrust he continued to manage the legacy LargeCap and MidCap equity strategies for select personal clients as well as those of Foundation and Endowment clients.

For more than 20 years, Terry enjoyed a record of compelling performance results versus benchmark while demonstrating below market risk measures.  He brings his extensive experience and the core investment principals that historically led to success to his new role at Lindenwold Advisors, INC.  Terry is an affiliate member of the CFA Society and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia as well as the Chartered Market Technicians Association. He and his family reside in Spring Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Bill Fustos Headshot

Bill Fustos

Business and Industry Adviser

Bill graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering. Bill subsequently worked in the oil and gas industry for more than 35 years, first with Texaco as a reservoir engineer in the Gulf of Mexico, and then with several independent oil companies. In 1994, he formed Fustos Energy Services, an engineering firm whose work included reservoir engineering consulting along with a contract well servicing business. In 1998, he joined East Resources as vice president of operations, eventually holding the position of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Fustos’s duties included supervision and oversight of all the operational and strategic activities of East Resources through the sale of the company to Shell Oil Company in 2010. He was elected a Director of the Marcellus Shale Coalition in 2009, an industry organization founded to lead the oil and gas industry’s regulatory and political efforts in Pennsylvania. He has served as chair of Penn State’s Corporate Relations Subcommittee for the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences’ Development Council and in 2012 was the recipient of Penn State’s prestigious C. Drew Stahl Distinguished Achievement Award in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering.

Bill currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for HG Energy II, LLC, an independent upstream oil and gas company based in Parkersburg, WV, and as a Director for Penn Hills Resources, LLC, an independent oil and gas producer in McKean County, PA. He resides in Allison Park Pennsylvania with his family.


Kelley King Scott

Director of Digital Experience

Kelley King Scott was born and raised in North Wales, Pennsylvania. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Kelley brings more than 10 years of prior professional experience to the Lindenwold Advisors team, including responsibility for web design and maintenance and ecommerce.

At Lindenwold Advisors she serves as the Director of Digital Experience where she manages the firm’s digital presence, oversees client on-line and print experience, and manages all advertising and marketing collateral material. In addition to these duties, Kelley serves as the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) Performance Manager. She and her husband reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with their rescue dog, Louie.
